Unknown assailants broke into a temple In himara, removing the money from the treasury, in an incident that mobilized local police authorities.
According to initial information, the incident was recorded in a church in the Spilaia area, in the center of Himara, where a violation of the premises and the loss of money that was in the church's treasury were found. The exact amount of the money has not been known, while the way in which the perpetrators gained access is being examined.
The case has already been handed over to the Prosecutor's Office, after the relevant file was forwarded by the Himara Police Department. At the same time, the competent services are continuing their investigations with the aim of identifying and locating those responsible.
