This proposal was made a long time ago by Tayyip Erdogan, who does not want delimitations at a bilateral level, based on the Law of the Sea, but prefers a "discussion of all those involved on fair sharing", as he says, in which, of course, the Law of the Sea will not have the first say.

In foreign policy, and especially in greek-Turkish, serious planning is required for every move and every Initiative. improvisations, arrogant attitudes, and idleness lead nowhere and are more likely to cause damage to national interests.
