The history of Northern Epirus Hellenism is deeply engraved in the victorious history of the Greek nation, regardless of the outcome of the issue.
From the period of the Balkan Wars until the Greco-Italian War of 1940-41, our land has been liberated by the Greek Army three times, however without being finally returned to Greece.
In addition, the people of Northern Epirus themselves did not leave their land to chance, fighting throughout time for its definitive vindication.
In most cases, both Greece and Northern Epirus faced the Great Powers, whose interests divided them.
However, in contrast to the above, today, March 26, 1946, comes the day the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee decides that Northern Epirus and the Dodecanese should be returned to Greece.
However, the above decision was not successful and thus Northern Epirus Hellenism was subsequently completely isolated from Mother Greece for 50 years, persecuted and imprisoned in Hoxha's vast Albanian camp.

Kai meta ti egine? Gia na doume akoma perimenoume tin apodosi. Krima tosoi agones.

Πόσο κρίμα! Μας την έφεραν πάλι, η ιστορία επαναλαμβάνεται δυστυχώς. Κάποτε θα δικαιωθούμε;
