The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has decided to impose a temporary measure, prohibiting mPs from taking any action, as well as starting procedures for the formation of a new government.
This measure will be in effect from September 5 to 30. The decision was made following a request submitted by the Serbian List MPs.
In its announcement, the Constitutional Court stated that it accepted the request for a provisional measure, as it aims to "prevent risks or irreparable damage" and responds to the "public interest."
