An incident straight out of a comedy occurred in the village of Fieri in Albania. Specifically, a 69-year-old man, who had been placed under house arrest, found an imaginative way to move around freely without giving a target.
The elderly man was wearing a skirt and hat so that at first glance and from a distance he looked like a woman and walked carefree through the city streets.
Unfortunately for him, however, he was noticed by a passing woman who approached him and recorded him on video, while the 69-year-old tried to react and then fled. The reaction of the woman who took the video shows that the 69-year-old had a system of sneaking around the streets in disguise and was looking for an opportunity to record him on video and report him to the authorities.
Following a complaint, the Fieri police arrested him, while the case has been referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further procedural measures.
